Flegatussin neoForte syrup Bromohexine hydrochloride Composition:
The active substance is bromohexine hydrochloride. 5ml syrup contains 8mg bromohexine hydrochloride. The other ingredients are: benzoic acid (E 210), sucralose (E 955), liquid maltitol (E 965), caramel vanilla flavor, purified water.

Flegatussin neoForte syrup Bromohexine hydrochloride Action:
The active substance contained in the syrup Flegatussin neoForte is bromohexine hydrochloride with expectorant and fluidizing secretions from the respiratory tract. The drug supports the transport of bronchial secretions and its removal from the lungs. Flegatussin neoForte reduces coughing and facilitates expectoration.

Application:
The medicinal product Flegatussin neoForte syrup indicated for use in the course of acute and chronic respiratory diseases with difficult expectoration of thick secretions.

Additional information: The product should be kept out of reach of children, at room temperature not exceeding 25 degrees. C. After opening, use within 3 months. This medicine contains maltitol, so be careful if you have an intolerance to some sugars. Use in pregnant women and nursing mothers should be consulted with a doctor, however, it is not recommended to use the drug in the first trimester of pregnancy.

Contraindications:
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any component of the drug and in children under 6 years of age. Do not use simultaneously with antitussives.

Side effects:
Like all Flegatussin, neoForte can have side effects. Uncommon side effects include nausea, abdominal pain, especially in the epigastric region, vomiting, diarrhea and fever. Rare side effects include bronchospasm, hypersensitivity reactions, rash and hives. Adverse reactions of unknown frequency include anaphylactic reactions, including: anaphylactic shock, angioedema (manifested by rapidly progressive swelling of the skin, subcutaneous tissue, mucosa or submucosa); itching, severe skin side effects including: erythema multiforme, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, acute generalized pustular; headache, drowsiness, low blood pressure, increased liver enzymes.

Dosage:
Use as directed by your doctor or as instructed in the leaflet. The syrup should be measured out using the measuring spoon provided. Recommended dose: adults and children over 12 years of age - 5ml 3 times a day; children between 6 and 12 years old - 2.5ml 3 times a day. Apply orally at regular intervals. Take after a meal. Do not use immediately before bedtime. If there is no improvement after 4-5 days in adults and adolescents and after 3 days in children over 6 years of age or if the symptoms worsen, consult a doctor.
