What is Flexodone C?
Flexodone C helps protect cartilage and collagen formation for normal joint function and contains a combination of glucosamine, chondroitin and vitamin C.
One tablet contains 500 mg glucosamine sulfate, 100 mg chondroitin sulfate and 20 mg vitamin C. On average, 3 tablets.
Each of the components has shown an unequivocal benefit in maintaining the normal structure and functioning of articular cartilage in the elderly, overweight or overworked. When taken in combination, each of the components enhances and complements the effectiveness of the other.
The limited capacity to normalize cartilage function is mainly due to the reduced ability of chondrocytes (cartilage cells) to synthesize cartilage matrix in a satisfactory amount and with the necessary physicochemical properties. The number of functional chondrocytes decreases with age. Many of these processes can be slowed down by eating healthy food, maintaining a normal body weight, through exercise and daily intake of a sufficient amount of essential ingredients needed to maintain the structural and functional integrity of articular cartilage.

How does Flexodone C work?
Vitamin C contributes to the formation of collagen for the normal function of articular cartilage and bone. Collagen is a natural protein in the connective tissue of the human musculoskeletal system, ie. in bones and joint structures.
Glucosamine and chondroitin are natural substances found in the human body. They are the main components of articular cartilage and other connective tissues, ie. bones, joints and tendons. In the human body, these substances are important for maintaining their flexibility and strength.
Glucosamine sulfate significantly stimulates cartilage cells in the synthesis of glucosaminoglycans and collagen. It also increases the synthesis of hyaluronic acid, which lubricates the joints and keeps cartilage surfaces smooth. Chondroitin sulfate also increases the synthesizing abilities of cartilage cells. On the other hand, due to its long structural chain, it successfully retains the action of enzymes that cause changes in cartilage.
Based on these characteristics, the combination of glucosamine, chondroitin and vitamin C helps maintain the normal structure and function of articular cartilage.

How to use Flexodone C?
Recommended daily dose

In glucosamine studies, daily doses of 1200 to 1500 mg are best.
In other studies of chondroitin, a daily dose of 800 mg of chondroitin sulfate alone was effective in improving joint function.
With a recommended daily intake of 3 tablets daily, the total amount you will take is 1500 mg glucosamine sulphate, 300 mg chondroitin sulphate and 60 mg vitamin C.
Flexodone C should be taken three times a day, preferably with or without food. food. Swallow the tablet whole with water. If you can't swallow it whole, you can break it and then drink it with water.
If you forget to take a tablet of Flexodone C, next time take the usual amount, just one tablet. Missing one tablet does not reduce the effectiveness of Flexodone C.
For optimal effect, it is recommended to take Flexodone C for 3 months. It is recommended to repeat the courses in spring and autumn.
Flexodone C actually provides long-term joint comfort, beneficially affecting the function of joints and cartilage.
This requires time, which varies from person to person. To get the most benefit, you must strictly follow the instructions for use.
