Glucosamine sulfate significantly stimulates cartilage cells in the synthesis of glucosaminoglycans and collagen. It also increases the synthesis of hyaluronic acid, which lubricates the joints and keeps cartilage surfaces smooth. Chondroitin sulfate also increases the synthesizing abilities of cartilage cells. On the other hand, due to its long structural chain, it successfully retains the action of enzymes that cause changes in cartilage.

How to use Flexodone C?
Recommended daily dose
In glucosamine studies, daily doses of 1200 to 1500 mg are best.
In other studies of chondroitin, a daily dose of 800 mg of chondroitin sulfate alone was effective in improving joint function.
With a recommended daily intake of 3 tablets daily, the total amount you will take is 1500 mg glucosamine sulphate, 300 mg chondroitin sulphate and 60 mg vitamin C.
