Ingredients:
Water extract (50%) from: hibiscus flower (Hibiscus sabdariffa), chamomile flower (Matricaria recutita), fennel fruit (Foeniculum vulgare), spinach (Spinacia oleracea); fructose syrup; composition of fruit juice concentrates (12%): oranges, water, mangoes, grapes, carob extract, apple, lemon; magnesium gluconate, calcium gluconate, magnesium salts of citric acid, calcium lactate, thickener: carob flour, zinc citrate, natural aroma, vitamin D (cholecalciferol).
The content of ingredients in the recommended daily dose for adults (40ml): herbal water extracts - 23.3g, vitamin D - 6.8mcg (136% RWS), calcium - 206mg (25.6% RWS), magnesium - 248mg (66% RWS) ), zinc - 4.68mg (46.8% RWS).
The content of ingredients in the recommended daily dose for children up to 12 years of age (30ml): herbal water extracts - 17.5g, vitamin D - 5.1mcg (101% RWS), calcium - 154mg (19.2% RWS), magnesium - 186mg (49.5% RWS), zinc - 3.5mg (35% RWS).

Directions:
Shake well before use. Do not drink directly from the bottle, use the enclosed dispenser. The liquid is best mixed with a little lukewarm water or fruit juice. Recommended daily dose: adults, children over 12 years of age - 40ml, take 20ml twice a day, before the morning and before the evening meal; children from 6 to 12 years old - 30ml, take 15ml twice a day; children from 3 to 5 years old - 25ml, take 12.5ml twice a day. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day.
