FLOTEN Dosage:
1 capsule per day.
The best time to take it is in the morning on an empty stomach. Wait at least 10-15 minutes after taking Floten® before eating, because the stomach acid that will be released to process the food can affect the beneficial bacteria.
Floten is recommended to be taken at least 3 hours after taking antibiotics.
