Before exams, presentations, lectures, job meetings or an important appointment, nerves can be stretched to the breaking point. Unfortunately, this is often accompanied by stomach and digestive problems, sweaty hands, hot flashes, difficulty concentrating, nervousness and inner restlessness - the body reacts to the difficult situation with stress symptoms. While a bit of excitement and stage fright is good for us, the symptoms can be more pronounced and distressing in sensitive people. Often there are also sleep disorders, just like their subsequent symptoms, such as exhaustion, irritability and imbalance. Taking Luvased ® Mono can help you stay calm and composed in challenging situations.
How does Luvased ® Mono work?
Luvased ® Mono is purely herbal and contains the dry extract of valerian root. Valerian is one of the best-researched herbal medicines for restlessness and nervous insomnia because it has a calming, balancing and relaxing effect.
How is Luvased ® Mono applied?
Luvased® _Mono is available in pack sizes of 30 or 100 coated tablets. Adults, adolescents over the age of 12 and seniors can take one tablet up to 3 times a day if they are restless. Before exams, presentations, etc., tablets can also be taken two weeks beforehand as a preventive measure. If you have trouble falling asleep due to nervousness, you can take one tablet half an hour before going to bed, and if necessary a second tablet early in the evening, whole with plenty of liquid.
In principle, the duration of use is not limited, Luvased ®Mono can therefore also be taken over a longer period of time. If the symptoms persist for more than two weeks, despite continuous use, you should consult your family doctor. Luvased ® Mono should not be taken with synthetic sleeping pills and sedatives, alcohol or if you are intolerant to valerian or certain sugars (sucrose and glucose).
