The product is used in the dietary management of people diagnosed with diabetes in hypoglycaemia, in addition, with carbohydrate deficiency and after prolonged physical exertion or in other cases when the body is depleted. How to use Glucose powder:
The preparation should be taken under medical supervision. If you are taking a sugar curve, i.e. an oral glucose tolerance test, you should drink the solution prepared from one sachet and a glass of water after taking the blood (fasting). After drinking the solution, wait 120 minutes, after which you should take another blood test. In the event of post-workout fatigue, it is recommended to consume up to a few teaspoons of the product (glucose can be consumed in powder form or a solution can be prepared). In the case of hypoglycaemia, it is recommended to consume about 10-20g of glucose as soon as possible (usually 1/4 of the content of the sachet). Approximately 10-20 minutes after taking the preparation, glycemia should increase. To avoid repeated hypoglycaemia, it is recommended to consume complex carbohydrates. After 60 minutes, measure your sugar concentration. In the case of conditions involving intensive insulin therapy: Rule 15/15 should be followed. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day.
