Composition of Groprinosin Forte 1g:
Active substance: inosine pranobex (Inosinum pranobexum) (a complex containing inosine and 2-hydroxypropyl dimethylammonium 4-acetamidobenzoate in a molar ratio of 1: 3). One tablet contains 1000 mg of inosine pranobex and auxiliary substances: potato starch, povidone K-25, magnesium stearate.

Contraindications:

Dosage of Groprinosin Forte 1g tablets:
Use the drug as directed by your doctor or according to the instructions on the leaflet. Take orally with water. The tablet can also be crushed and dissolved in a little liquid. Dosage for adults and the elderly: The recommended daily dose is 50 mg / kg body weight daily. Usually: 3 tablets (3 g) a day, taken one tablet 3 times a day. The maximum daily dose is 4 tablets (4 g), taken one tablet 4 times a day. Dosage in children over 1 year of age: the recommended daily dose: 50 mg / kg body weight per day (given in several divided doses), however, in children it is recommended to use the medicine in the form of a syrup. Duration of treatment: usually 5-14 days. Treatment is recommended to be continued for 1-2 days after symptoms have disappeared.
