The maximum daily dose: 4 g (40 ml of syrup). Dosage schedule: 10-14 kg body weight: 3 x 2.5 ml syrup, 15-20 kg body weight: 3 x 2.5-3.5 ml syrup, 21-30 kg body weight: 3 x 3.5-5 ml, 31-40 kg body weight: 3 x 5-7.5 ml of syrup, 41-50 kg body weight: 3 x 7.5-9 ml of syrup.
