GYNELLA Flora Meno vaginal Name, composition and purpose of this medical device:
GYNELLA ® Flora Meno is a medical product that can be used and effective in all cases of temporary changes in the vaginal flora.
GYNELLA ® Flora Meno can be used in the case of odorous leucorrhea (increased vaginal discharge) caused by non-specific vaginal inflammation (Candida, Trichomonas, mycoplasma, etc.), as a supplement to antimicrobial therapy to restore the vaginal bacterial Flora and thus also for the creation of the physiological conditions of the vaginal microenvironment.
GYNELLA Flora Meno vaginal Mechanism of action:
GYNELLA ® Flora Meno is a medical device in the form of tablets for vaginal use. The product contains live Lactobacillus acidophilus, lactic acid and soy isoflavones.
The urovaginal microflora is characterized by a complex microbial ecosystem. This promotes the physiological defense against bacterial infections and infections caused by Candida (fungi). The pH value of normal vaginal secretions is between 3.8 and 4.5.
The acidity is maintained by normal levels of estrogen as well as the resident bacterial microflora. The bacterial microflora that colonizes the vaginal mucous membrane consists mainly of lactobacilli (Döderlein flora). These metabolize the glycogen (stored in the vaginal epithelial cells) to lactic acid and thereby stabilize the acidic environment (the pH value).
This creates unfavorable conditions for the colonization and development of the pathogenic microorganisms.
If the microbial balance is temporarily changed due to hormonal factors (menstruation, pregnancy, menopause), bad hygiene habits or as a consequence of taking antibiotics, infections caused by pathogens can occur, which significantly change the microbial composition of the urogenital tract.
There is a drastic reduction in lactobacilli and then the manifestation of vaginitis (inflammation of the vagina) or bacterial vaginosis. The most common common symptoms are burning, itching, discomfort when urinating, and smelly fluorine.
Thanks to the special composition, the active ingredients (the active ingredients) are released within a few minutes as soon as the GYNELLA ® tablet isFlora Meno dissolved in the vagina.
Thanks to lactic acid, lactobacilli and isoflavones, the pH value is reduced and the process of acidification of the intravaginal environment is promoted in order to counteract the aggressiveness and the proliferation of pathogenic microorganisms and to improve the health and elasticity of the vaginal wall.
