The cream inhibits inflammation, relieves pain, has a decongestant effect and supports the accelerated recovery of bruises. doc ® Arnica Cream contains a high concentration of arnica flower tincture. This makes it a herbal alternative to chemical creams, gels and ointments.
The ingredient helenalin contained in the arnica flowers prevents the progression of inflammatory reactions. It could be proven that helenalin can inhibit the formation of inflammatory messenger substances by binding to a special transcription factor.

How is doc ® Arnica Cream used?
The cream is applied locally to the painful area on the skin and gently massaged in. doc ® arnica cream can thus unfold its pain-relieving, anti-inflammatory and decongestant effect.
Clean your hands thoroughly after using the cream. Unless otherwise discussed with the doctor, apply the cream as follows:
• Dosage: Adults and adolescents from the age of 12 use a 3 cm long strand of cream per 10 x 10 cm area 2 to 3 times a day.
• Durationof application: 3-4 days, but not longer than a week.
