Composition:
1 suppository contains:
bismuth basic gallate 42.4 mg of
bismuth oxide 17.4 mg of
bismuth oksyjodogalusan 0.6 mg
resorcinol 17.4 mg of
boric acid, 357.0 mg
of zinc oxide, 212.0 mg
balsam of Peru 35.4 mg
Action:
The preparation of the local anti-inflammatory and astringent. It accelerates the healing process, eliminates the inflammation and the associated pain and itching. Bismuth subgallate insoluble forms a protective layer on the mucosa, so that it is stronger and more flexible. Preparation practically not absorbed from the rectal mucosa.
Indications:
Hemorrhoids, inflammation of the lining of the rectum.
Dosage:
The preparation is administered rectally. Typically used 1 suppository before bedtime.
In more severe cases, morning and evening after 1 suppository. Not recommended for use in children.
