IBU-LYSIN-ratiopharm ^® 400 mg

Active ingredients: Ibuprofen-DL-lysine (1:1).

Areas of application: Short-term symptomatic treatment of mild to moderately severe pain such as headaches, toothaches, menstrual pains as well as fever and pain associated with colds. Short-term symptomatic treatment the acute headache phase of migraine with or without aura. This AM is used in children weighing 20 kg or more (from 6 years), adolescents and adults.

Warnings: Contains less than 1 mmol (23 mg) sodium per film-coated tablet, ie essentially 'sodium-free'.

Dosage: Adults: initial dose of 200 mg or 400 mg ibuprofen. The total dose of 1200 mg ibuprofen/24 h should not be exceeded. Children weighing 20 kg or more (from 6 years) and adolescents: 7-10 mg/kg body weight as ED up to max. 30 mg/kg body weight as total daily dose.
