How often and in what quantity should you use 220 Arum Nasal Drops S?
Unless otherwise prescribed, in acute conditions, 1 spray in each nostril every half to full hour, up to 6 times a day. An application longer than one week should only be done after consultation with a homeopathically experienced therapist. In chronic forms, 1 spray in each nostril 1 to 3 times a day.

Pull off the white protective cap. When using for the first time, take the dosing spray in your hand according to the sketch and pump several times until an even spray emerges. The dosing spray is now ready for any further application. Then insert the spray opening into one nostril and spray once. Hold the bottle upright.
Breathe in gently through your nose while spraying . After use, clean the spray opening with a cloth and put the protective cap back on.
