Inovox Express honey-lemon flavor contains three active substances - lidocaine hydrochloride monohydrate, amylmetacresol, 2,4-dichlorobenzyl alcohol. The drug is indicated for use in the treatment of inflammation of the throat and mouth.
Composition of Inovox Express honey-lemon flavor:
Active substances: lidocaine hydrochloride monohydrate, amylmetacresol, 2,4-dichlorobenzyl alcohol. One tablet contains 2 mg of lidocaine hydrochloride monohydrate, 0.6 mg of amylmetacresol, 1.2 mg of 2,4-dichlorobenzyl alcohol and excipients: peppermint oil with reduced menthol content, quinoline yellow (E 104), sodium saccharin (E 954), tartaric acid (E 334), sucrose, liquid glucose, sunset yellow (E110), lemon flavor, honey flavoring.

The drug is intended for the local antiseptic treatment of inflammation localized in the throat and mouth. The medicinal product Inovox Express honey-lemon flavor is effective in relieving a sore throat. The action of the drug is based on the use of three active substances - substances with a local anesthetic effect (lidocaine hydrochloride) and two antiseptics (amylmetacresol and 2,4-dichlorobenzyl alcohol).

Inovox Express honey-lemon flavor indicated for use in the treatment of inflammatory symptoms of the throat and mouth, such as swelling and redness. For use in adults and adolescents over 12 years of age.

Store the product out of reach of children at room temperature. It is recommended to protect against the effects of moisture and light. The drug passes into the blood, so when used in high doses or too often, it may affect the nervous system and the heart. If symptoms persist for more than 2 days or worsen, or if other symptoms appear (e.g. high fever, headache, vomiting, nausea, rash), contact your doctor for bacterial infections (e.g. tonsillitis, angina) . Caution is advised in debilitated, seriously ill elderly people, as these groups are at increased risk of side effects. Do not use when there are unhealed, larger wounds in the mouth and throat. The drug may be harmful to the teeth. The drug may cause numbness of the tongue which increases the risk of being bitten. The drug contains glucose (1.016g in one lozenge) - this should be taken into account in the case of people with diabetes and malabsorption of glucose-galactose. The drug contains sucrose (1.495 g in one lozenge) - do not use the drug in rare hereditary disorders related to fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption, sucrase-isomaltase deficiency, and it should be taken into account in the case of people with diabetes. This medicine contains sunset yellow, a dye that may cause allergic reactions. Caution should be exercised in case of allergy to amide local anesthetics as cross-sensitivity to amide drugs may occur. Caution should be exercised in people with asthma.
Contraindications:
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any component of the drug. Do not use in children under 12 years of age.
Side effects:
Some people may experience side effects while taking the drug. Rare: immune system disorders - hypersensitivity reactions (burning, itching), angioedema, burning sensation in the throat and unpleasant taste. Maximum daily dose: 8 lozenges for adults or 4 lozenges for adolescents. The lozenge should be sucked slowly and not placed between the gum and the cheek. Do not use before a meal or before drinking a drink. Do not use for more than 5 days (the natural bacterial flora in the throat may be altered).
