Ferrous bisglycinate, also known as iron bisglycinate chelate, consists of a unit of inorganic iron bound to two glycine molecules that protect it from dietary inhibitors and intestinal interactions in the duodenum, thereby increasing bioavailability.

B1), pyridoxal-5ʹ-phosphate (Vit. B6), riboflavin (Vit. B2) , inositol hexanicotinate (Vit. B3 niacin), copper citrate, methylcobalamin (Vit. B12), calcium L-methylfolate (folate), vegetable capsule (coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; pure water).
