Psythium seed husks also help maintain normal cholesterol levels in the blood.
How to use Ispagul S + Probiotic powder
: Measure a 3g portion of powder to the line on the attached measuring cup, mix well with 3 glasses of water or juice and drink. The powder can also be added to yogurt, cereal or other food and drunk abundantly. Consume 1-3 portions of powder daily, preferably in the morning and evening.
