How much of St1 Cochlearia cp JSO should you take and how often should you use it?
Unless otherwise prescribed:
- In acute conditions, take 5 globules every half to full hour, up to 6 times a day. An application longer than 1 week should only be done after consultation with a homeopathically experienced therapist.
- In chronic forms, take 5 globules 1 to 3 times a day. If the symptoms improve, the frequency of administration should be reduced.
How should you use St1 Cochlearia cp JSO?
You should take the granules half an hour before or after eating and preferably let them dissolve slowly in your mouth.
How long should you use St1 Cochlearia cp JSO?

Cochlearia officinalis benefits:
