Preparation for the warm application:
Bring approx. 1.5 liters of water to the boil in a saucepan on the stove. As soon as the water boils, take the pot off the hot plate and place the moor pillow in the hot, no longer boiling (!) water. The bog cushion should be completely covered with water. After 10 minutes you can remove the pillow, dry it off and use it.
Preparation for cold use:
Chill your moor pillow in the refrigerator for at least two hours. Caution! Moor cushions must not be cooled below freezing point and therefore never belong in the freezer! You can also keep your moor pillow in the fridge for long periods of time. So it is always ready for use.

Keep away from children. Class I medical device. Protect mud cushions from frost. Do not heat on the radiator, in the oven or in sunlight! Heating above 110°C will destroy the film! Caution during pregnancy: Heat can promote contractions.
