The drug is indicated for supportive use in people with reduced immunity, in the case of recurrent infections of the upper respiratory tract and in the treatment of cold sores of the lips and facial skin caused by the herpes simplex virus (Herpes simplex).

Contraindications:

Use the drug as directed by your doctor or according to the instructions on the leaflet. The recommended dose for adults, including the elderly (over 65 years of age): 50mg per kg of body weight per day. The usual dose is 3 tablets (3g) per day (i.e. 1 tablet 3 times a day). Maximum daily dose: 4 tablets. The recommended dose for children over 1 year of age: 50mg per kg of body weight per day, administered in several divided doses. For children who cannot swallow tablets, Eloprine Forte in syrup is recommended. Take the drug orally. Take the tablet with plenty of liquid, preferably water. The tablet can also be crushed and dissolved in a small amount of water. Duration of treatment: it usually lasts from 5 to 14 days. After the symptoms of the disease disappear, the drug should be taken for 1-2 days.
