Kneipp ® Valerian Night is traditionally used to support sleep and to improve the wellbeing of nervous stress. Excitement, hectic everyday life, tension and brooding often make it difficult to get enough sleep.
In order to be able to cope with everyday life fresh and balanced, a restful, healthy sleep is important. Valerian has been used in Traditional European Medicine (TEM) for centuries and is still recognized in pharmaceutical science today: Kneipp® Valerian Night contains the dried valerian root in powdered form with all its natural ingredients. 1 coated tablet contains 700 mg valerian root powder.

What is Kneipp® Valerian Night 700 mg and what is it used for?
Kneipp® Valerian Night 700 mg is a traditional herbal medicine to improve well-being during nervous stress and to support sleep.
The drug is a traditional drug that is registered for the area of application solely on the basis of many years of use.
How should Kneipp® Valerian Night 700 mg be taken?
Always take Kneipp® Valerian Night 700 mg exactly as instructed in this package insert. Please ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
Method of application:
Oral use.
Adults and adolescents from the age of 12 take:
To improve the condition of nervous stress

1 coated tablet up to 3 times a day.
To support sleep

1 coated tablet ½ to 1 hour before going to bed.
It is not intended for use in children under 12 years of age. Do not take more than 4 coated tablets per day. Swallow the coated tablets whole with sufficient liquid (preferably a glass of drinking water).
Please do not take coated tablets lying down. There are insufficient data for deviating dosage recommendations in the case of impaired kidney / liver function.
Duration of use
If symptoms persist or worsen after two weeks of using the drug, you should see a doctor or other qualified health care professional

If you have taken more Kneipp® Valerian Night 700 mg than you should
If you accidentally take 2-3 single doses of the drug more than intended, this usually has no negative consequences. In this case, continue taking as described in this leaflet

If you have taken significantly higher doses, side effects may become more pronounced. Please notify your doctor. This can decide on any necessary measures.
If you forget to
take Kneipp® Valerian Night 700 mg Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose. Continue taking as described in the leaflet.
