LaBiDa is a freeze-dried microorganism culture for the production of homemade yoghurt.

LaBiDa consists of three different lactic acid bacteria: Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium lactis (probiotic lactic acid bacteria) and Streptococcus thermophilus (technical germ that makes the yoghurt creamy). Just a pinch of LaBiDa is enough to make a liter of delicious, probiotic yoghurt yourself.

Lactobacillus acidophilus, Streptococcus thermophilus, bifidobacterium, may contain traces of milk (lactose).
Application Notes:
Dosage: 1 small pinch per 1 liter of milk. A bag of 2 g is sufficient for at least 20 liters of mild yoghurt.
