Composition:
The freeze-dried lactic acid bacteria: Lactobacillus acidophilus (30%), Bifidobacterium bifidum (20%) and Lactobacillus casei (20%), Lactobacillus bulgaricus (20%), Streptococcus thermophilus (5%), titanium dioxide (pigment capsule E171) gelatin (capsule), maltodextrin (carrier), magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent E470b).

These bacteria colonize the gut naturally, and during weakened immunity and antibiotics number of them in the body significantly decreases. Usage:
For oral use. Adults: 1 capsule 2 times a day, children from 1 to 12 years old: 1 capsule per day. Taken with food or after eating, drinking plenty of fluid. You can swallow the capsule whole or accept the freeze-dried bacteria, spilling the contents of the capsule on a spoon.
