Lecithinum 300 mg Action: Lecithin is a natural substance phospho-lipid obtained from soybean oil. It is an essential component of normal cells and is involved in various metabolic processes in the body. Its ingredients are part of cell membranes, including neurons and intracellular structures. The unsaturated fatty acids included in the lecithin tends to improve cholesterol and triglyceride levels, thus preventing their deposition on the walls of blood vessels as well as the formation of atherosclerosis and circulatory disorders. Lecithin is also a source of choline, which is a precursor of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine. As a result, a positive influence on the functioning of the central nervous system, particularly the brain and skeletal muscle condition. Due to the aforesaid properties of administration of an appropriate form of lecithin is a valuable dietary supplement, a beneficial effect on the organism especially in the case of the existence of abnormalities in fat metabolism, poor concentration and memory, states of nervous tension, fatigue and exhaustion.
