Natural product made of high quality defatted flaxseed by special technology. Flaxseed flour is a useful and valuable food, rich in vitamins and minerals and low in fat. It contains a large amount of fiber and Omega-3 essential fatty acids.

100% natural non-fat linseed flour from natural oilseed flax Linum Usitatissimum. Does not contain preservatives.
LINEN FLOUR Dosage:
1-3 tablespoons 2-3 times a day in 200 ml of water. It can be added to bread, pies, cakes, puddings, as well as soups, baked goods.
