Lioran the passion flower helps with nervous restlessness with symptoms such as sleep disorders, exhaustion, restlessness, anxiety, mood swings or nervous gastrointestinal complaints.

The mood disorders are often based on a lack of GABA. This important messenger dampens perceived stimuli in the central nervous system. The active ingredient is in a capsule, which releases it within 30 minutes and begins to unfold its relaxing, balancing and anxiolytic effect.

LIORAN the passion flower Dosage:
Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose is:

Adults
take 1-2 hard capsules 3 times a day (1 hard capsule contains 260 mg passion flower dry extract corresponding to 1560 mg passion flower herb) with some liquid. However, no more than 5 hard capsules should be taken per day.

Adolescents from the age of 12
take one hard capsule with some liquid 3 – 4 times a day.

Application is not intended for children under the age of 12 . There is insufficient data for specific dosage recommendations in the case of impaired kidney/liver function.

Method of administration:
For oral use.
The hard capsules should be taken with some liquid (e.g. a glass of water) with meals.

Duration of use LIORAN the passion flower:
In principle, the duration of use is not limited.
Please talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you have the impression that the effect of LIORAN® the passion flower is too strong or too weak.

The other ingredients LIORAN the passion flower are:
lactose monohydrate, cellulose powder, colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate (Ph. Eur.), gelatin, purified water, sodium laurilsulfate, chlorophyllin copper complex (E141); Titanium dioxide (E 171).

Note for diabetics:
1 hard capsule contains less than 0.01 bread unit (BE).
