The active substance is lidocaine hydrochloride monohydrate. 1 ml solution contains 40 mg lidocaine hydrochloride (as lidocaine hydrochloride monohydrate).
The other ingredients are: poloxamer 188, sodium saccharin, sodium hydroxide for pH adjustment, ethanol 96%, purified water.

Acoin Lidocaine Hydrochloride 40 mg/ml Solution is a local anesthetic.
Acoin Lidocaine Hydrochloride, Local anesthetic 40 mg/ml solution is used for topical anesthesia
- before surgical and diagnostic interventions in the ear and nose area,
- for tissue removal (biopsies) from the oral cavity and throat,
- for reflections of the trachea and lungs (bronchoscopy) and
- in X-ray examinations of the upper respiratory tract after injection of contrast media (bronchographies).
Type of application:
For use in the mouth and throat.
This medicine is not suitable for injection.

Do not use the medicine after the expiry date which is stated on the label and carton.
