High-dose combination preparation + Ashwaganda and Tribulus terrestris
Maca - once the royal meal of the Incas of Peru, is now also enjoying increasing popularity in our latitudes. We tell you how Maca Plus can help you with your daily health care and what exactly is in the tuber.
In the unique interaction with the Ashwagandha known from Ayurveda and the Tribulus terrestris extract, Maca Plus unfolds its unique vitalizing effect.
What exactly is maca?
Maca is a plant similar to our native garden cress native to the Andes of Peru. There it has been valued by the Incas as a medicinal and useful plant for over 2000 years, mainly because of its numerous nutrients and vital substances. To this day, in many villages in the Andes, only married people are allowed to eat Maca. Because the tubers and roots have been considered a powerful aphrodisiac for centuries.
Since it is grown at altitudes of up to 4400 meters, it is exposed to extreme climatic conditions. In the high altitudes of the Andes, the temperatures fluctuate greatly, and the plants that grow there are also affected by strong winds and intense sunlight. It is logical that the maca plant is particularly robust and resistant under such conditions and has to accumulate particularly rich vital substances in its tuber.
Maca Plus is full of energy - but what makes it so unique?
With over 60 different vital substances, Maca has significantly more health-related ingredients than many other plants. The dried roots contain 13 to 16% proteins and a very high proportion of essential amino acids and omega-3 fatty acids, which support the body in all important metabolic processes. Maca is also particularly rich in antioxidants. These reduce the oxidative stress in the organism.
Maca is rich in calcium and zinc, iodine, iron, copper and manganese. Its vitamins B2, B5, C and niacin make Maca a real source of power. However, what is decisive for the maca capsules from amaiva is the interaction of the many valuable ingredients of the maca tuber with the ingredients of ashwagandha (Indian sleeping berry) and tribulus terrestris (earth thorn) known from Ayurveda.
