Magnesium is essential for numerous bodily functions. This bioelement is of particular importance for muscles, heart and nerves. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function including heart muscle and normal nerve function.

Potassium also contributes to normal muscle and nerve function and helps maintain normal blood pressure.
Vitamin C contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Magnesium effervescent Ingredients:

Acidifier citric acid, potassium hydrogen carbonate, magnesium carbonate, fructose, maltodextrin, acerola preparation (acerola juice concentrate, maltodextrin, vitamin C), sweetener sodium cyclamate, natural flavors, sweetener acesulfame K.

intake:
As a dietary supplement, take 2 effervescent tablets daily in a glass of water (approx. 200 ml) drink dissolved.
