Usage:
Separate one ampoule and rotate the upper part. Insert the tip of the ampoule into the nostril and gently squeeze it. Repeat the procedure with the other nostril, and tilt the head backward to the fluid into the nose was known. Use 1 to 4 times per day, depending on the need.
