Vitex agnus-castus benefits:
People use vitex agnus-castus for conditions related to the menstrual cycle such as breast pain and premenstrual syndrome (PMS). It is also used for bone fractures, infertility, menopause symptoms, and many other conditions, but there is no good scientific evidence to support most of these uses.
Melissa officinalis benefits:
Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), a member of the mint family, is considered a calming herb. It was used as far back as the Middle Ages to reduce stress and anxiety, promote sleep, improve appetite, and ease pain and discomfort from indigestion (including gas and bloating, as well as colic).
Origanum majorana benefits:

How is Melissa / Phosphorus comp. applied?
Unless otherwise directed, take 10-15 drops 2-4 times a day.
The drops are taken diluted with water before meals.
