Areas of application of MEPITEL One 5x7.5 cm silicone mesh bandage

Mepitel One is a wound distancing grid for a wide range of exuding wounds such as: B. Skin tears, skin abrasions, surgical incisions, second degree burns, traumatic wounds, blisters, lacerations and lacerations, superficial and deep skin graft wounds, irradiated skin, and leg and foot ulcers.
It can also be used as a protective layer on non-exuding wounds, blisters and on fragile skin.
You can use Mepitel One in combination with Mesorb® or — for heavily exuding wounds — together with Mextra® Superabsorbent, with Tubifast® fixation and under compression bandages. Mepitel One can also be used in conjunction with negative pressure wound therapy.
