Mepitel ® is a gentle, double-sided adhesive wound spacer grid with Safetac ® — the original contact layer with silicone adhesion, which minimizes pain during dressing changes. It lies gently on the skin without sticking to the moist wound - so you can easily remove the dressing without damaging the skin or the wound. This makes dressing changes less painful for your patients.

Safetac also protects the new tissue and intact skin and supports the natural healing process. The edges of the wound are also sealed to protect the skin from maceration.

Mepitel is a wound dressing with a mesh structure (wound spacer grid) that does not stick to the wound and allows exudate to drain off. It adheres well to the skin and protects the tissue. Mepitel is designed for a variety of exuding wounds such as: B.
