MONOCOLOR Curcuma 2000 Suggested:
1 time 3 capsules per day, or alternatively, in the morning, at noon and in the evening 1 capsule. Consume at least 15 minutes after a meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water or optionally with a teaspoon of NORSAN oil to increase bioavailability.
