Fomukal Mouthwash Composition:

Dibasic sodium phosphate - 0.032, sodium monobasic phosphate - 0.009, calcium chloride - 0.052, sodium chloride - 0.569, benzalkonium chloride - 0.0125, distilled water qs (% by weight).

Fomukal Action:
Fomukal is a mouthwash, characteristic of it is that it consists of two solutions that should be combined immediately before use. Fomukal A contains a phosphate solution and Fomukal B contains a calcium solution. After mixing them in equal proportions, we get the right product - a supersaturated solution of calcium ions and phosphates. The electrolyte solution has a moisturizing effect in the dry mouth conditions of the mucosa, and also relieves the pain associated with it. It cleanses the mucosa of both the mouth and the tongue and parts of the throat. It alleviates inflammation and contributes to reducing the risk of fungal, bacterial or viral infections. The unit package contains 30 doses of the Fomukal medical device.

Application:
A Fomukal medical device intended for use in oral mucositis, as well as in the presence of dry mouth. Recommended as a supplement to oral hygiene in the prevention and support of mucositis therapy, which is a complication after radio and chemotherapy.

Do not prepare any additional liquid, as the properties of the combined liquids are not stable, they are active for a maximum of 30 minutes. Do not use the product if the bottle is damaged. Do not use after the expiry date. Store the product at a temperature from 0 to 30 degrees. C, do not freeze. Keep out of the reach of children. Use within 15 days of opening, after this time unused liquid should be discarded. Fomucal contains sodium ions, in the case of people with low-sodium diet it is recommended to consult a doctor.

Contraindications:

Read the leaflet and follow its instructions. With the aid of the glasses included in the package, measure 15 ml of the transparent Fomukal A bottle and 15 ml of the Fomukal B brown bottle. Mix the two solutions in a clean glass. Do not use at once. First, half the solution, rinse your mouth for a minute, spit it out, and then repeat the same with the other half. When finished, rinse the glasses with water and seal the bottles tightly. It is not recommended to dilute the product before use. To ensure full effectiveness, use the liquid for at least 15 minutes after eating or after drinking. The medical device should be used 4-10 times a day for the whole period of treatment, unless the doctor recommends otherwise.
