Bärbel Drexel MSM capsules

Dietary supplement

Sustainable supply for your joints”
• 100% natural organic sulfur compound
• White, odorless powder
• Sustainable nutrient supply for cartilage and joints

What is MSM?
MSM is the abbreviation for methylsulfonylmethane. This is an organic sulfur compound that is an essential mineral for the body. Since sulfur cannot be formed by the body, an adequate supply from food is necessary, but sulfur is lost when food is prepared and stored.

The sulfur content in the body also decreases with advancing age. Vegetarians and vegans should make sure they have an adequate supply of sulphur, as MSM is primarily found in animal products.

A large part of MSM is found in tendons, bones, cartilage and muscles and is, among other things, an important component of connective tissue. Sulfur is also involved in the production of keratin and collagen, the primary building blocks of cartilage, skin, hair and nails

"Strengthened" with MSM capsules:
1. Sulfur is a vital mineral found in cartilage, bones and muscles, among other things, and must be given to the body regularly
2. MSM is a white, odorless powder and is particularly well absorbed by the body
3. MSM can help maintain healthy cartilage structure and reduce discomfort in the joint area.

When is the intake of MSM capsules particularly recommended:
By taking Bärbel Drexel MSM capsules, the joints are supplied with important nutrients to maintain mobility. The additional supply of sulfur is recommended, especially in the case of cartilage abrasion and joint wear, which occur naturally with increasing age. Even with heavier joint loads such as sports, incorrect loading such as the wrong shoes, unfavorable postures such as housework and snow shoveling or carrying bags on one side, an extra nutrient supply through the natural joint nutrient MSM makes sense to promote pain-free mobility. In this way, the cartilage is sustainably supplied and synovial fluid and joint capsules are enriched with essential sulphur.

Taking MSM also makes sense if the circulation in the joints cannot be guaranteed adequately due to a lack of exercise and if you are overweight, because this puts a particularly heavy strain on the pelvis and knees.

It makes sense to take MSM:
• when there is a lack of exercise to take care of the joints • when the body is in an unfavorable position such as doing housework, shoveling snow
• when there is one-sided incorrect strain such as carrying a bag on one side
• when it comes to activities that put a strain on the joints such as tobogganing or skiing if you are overweight, because your pelvis and knees are particularly strong are stressed
• with increasing age

The use of MSM capsules:
