This is how Naratriptan Migraine STADA ^{® works}
Naratriptan has a narrowing effect on the blood vessels that are painfully enlarged by migraines and so relieves local migraine pains such as severe headaches. Concomitant symptoms such as nausea, sensitivity to light or noise can also be alleviated in this way. Recommendation for

use
Adults take one Naratriptan Migraine STADA® tablet after the onset of the migraine headache. If the pain recurs, another tablet can be taken after 4 hours, unless you have liver or kidney disease. No patient should take more than 2 film-coated tablets in a 24 hour period.

Do not take Naratriptan Migraine STADA® preventively.
