The medical device Nebu-dose Baby is an inhalation solution intended for use in nebulizers. The preparation is recommended for use, among others, in the case of bronchiolitis, acute bronchitis and cystic fibrosis.
Composition of Nebu-dose Baby:
1.5% sterile sodium chloride solution.
How Nebu-dose Baby works:
Each ampoule contains 1.5% saline, which is intended for nebulization. The solution improves breathing comfort as it facilitates the movement of secretions in the respiratory tract (breaks the ionic bonds in the mucus secretion, which reduces its viscosity and elasticity, absorbs water from the mucosa and submucosa, which reduces swelling of the airway walls and stimulates coughing and expectoration, thus opening respiratory tract). The product is suitable for use as a carrier for other inhalation drugs.
