Neosine Plus contains two active substances, inosine pranobex and zinc gluconate. It is an antiviral drug that increases the body's immunity. For use in adults and children over 1 year of age.
Composition of Neosine Plus:
Active substances: inosine (isopronosin) pranobex (Inosinum pranobexum) and zinc in the form of zinc gluconate (Zinci gluconas). One tablet contains 500 mg of inosine pranobex and 3.125 mg of zinc ions and excipients: wheat starch, povidone 30, sodium carboxymethyl starch (type A), sodium uryl sulfate, mannitol, magnesium stearate.

Inosine pranobex is an active substance with antiviral properties and increasing the body's resistance (it stimulates the immune system). The second active ingredient in Neosine Plus is zinc (zinc gluconate), which supports the body's immune system. In addition, zinc is antiviral and anti-inflammatory. The use of zinc gluconate in colds contributes to faster relief of symptoms, reduces the severity of the disease and psychomotor deficits induced by colds, and reduces the incidence of infections.

The medicinal product Neosine Plus indicated for use as an adjunct in people with reduced immunity in recurrent infections of the upper respiratory tract; for the treatment of cold sores on the lips and face caused by the herpes simplex virus - only in people who have been diagnosed with herpes simplex in the past; in states of increased demand for zinc, which occurs in the aforementioned indications. Store the product out of reach of children, at room temperature. It is recommended to protect against moisture and light. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before taking the drug - it is not recommended to use the drug during this period without a doctor's prescription. The drug contains wheat starch, and the drug contains a very small amount of gluten (2.52 mcg gluten in one tablet), therefore it is described as gluten-free. Contraindications:

Side effects of Neosine Plus:

Common: transient increases in uric acid levels in blood and urine; increase in liver enzymes or blood urea nitrogen levels; nausea with or without vomiting; abdominal pain; itching, skin rash; headache or dizziness; fatigue, malaise; arthralgia.
