NORSAN Omega-3 Arctic Capsules contain a natural, non-concentrated cod oil from wild catch. NORSAN Cod Oil is produced in Norway. The recommended daily dose contains 6 grams of cod oil, which corresponds to an intake of 2 x 3 capsules a day. (One capsule contains 1 g of fish oil)

when traveling Natural cod oil consists of a fatty acid complex of over 50 fatty acids, which has a positive effect similar to that of fish consumption. The oil should be as fresh as possible. Like any other food, smell and taste are good indicators of quality. With NORSAN capsules you can still see the freshness of the oil by not having any unpleasant burping after taking it. The NORSAN Omega-3 Arctic capsules contain the same high-quality cod oil that we used for the Omega-3 Arctic. The oil comes from sustainable wild catch. The fishing area is located just off the Norwegian coast. Cod fishing has a long tradition in this region as the cod from the Arctic Ocean have their spawning grounds here. These stocks are subject to particularly strict and sustainable rules and are regularly checked. The cod from Norway contains a high proportion of omega-3 fatty acids, especially omega-3 DHA. The cod oil is processed in Norway in accordance with strict Norwegian regulations and checked for pollutant-free conditions and PCBs.

NORSAN Omega-3 Arctic Usage Notice:
2 x 3 capsules daily (contain 6 g of cod oil). These should be taken with sufficient fluids with or after a meal. This ensures that the body can make optimal use of the fatty acids.
