Dosage

The recommended daily intake is 1 capsule.
Swallow the capsule and drink it.

Composition

1 capsule contains: zinc (zinc gluconate) 15 mg (150%*), selenium (L-selenomethionine) 200 µg (364%*), vitamin B1 20 mg (1818%*), vitamin D 2000 IU (1000%* )?.

Ingredients - zinc (zinc gluconate), maltodextrin, shell ingredient: gelatin, selenium (l-selenomethionine), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin D (cholecalciferol), leucine.
Store in a dry place, at room temperature (15-25 degrees C), out of the reach of small children.
