Composition:
1 tablet contains active substance - 400mg of ibuprofen and other ingredients: croscarmellose sodium, sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium citrate, stearic acid, colloidal anhydrous silica. Ingredients sugar coating: carmellose sodium, talc, gum arabic spray-dried, sucrose, titanium dioxide (E 171, color), Macrogol 6000, ink Opacode S-1-9460 HV Brown (shellac, red iron oxide E172, soya lecithin, antifoam DC1510).

Response:
The ibuprofen present in the formulation Nurofen Forte is one of the most effective substances with an analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory. Ibuprofen is part of the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and is a propionic acid derivative. Nurofen Forte contains the highest provided for non-prescription drugs, the dosage of Ibuprofen - 400mg. The center works quickly, after about 30 minutes after swallowing the tablet you start to feel an improvement. An important fact is that ibuprofen does not accumulate in the body, it is excreted in the urine after about 24 hours after taking the last dose.

Application:
Pains of various kinds, such as headaches, sacral, teeth, neuralgia, muscle and joint pain, painful menstruation. Febrile colds and flu. Can be used in children over 12 years old.

Contraindications:
In case of hypersensitivity to the preparation or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; with peptic ulcer or traveled perforation or bleeding; for severe liver failure, kidney or heart; patients taking other NSAIDs, the COX-2 inhibitors; in the last trimester of pregnancy, when a bleeding diathesis.

Undesirable effects:
Sometimes you may experience abdominal pain, indigestion, nausea, headache, hives, itching. Rare: diarrhea, flatulence, constipation, vomiting, gastritis, dizziness, insomnia, agitation, irritability, fatigue, edema. Very rare: tarry stools, vomiting blood, ulcerative stomatitis, exacerbation of colitis and Crohn's disease, oliguria, renal failure, renal papillary necrosis, retention of sodium, liver dysfunction, anemia, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, pancytopenia, agranulocytosis, erythema multiforme, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis epidermal necrolysis, swelling of the face, tongue and throat, shortness of breath, tachycardia, hypotension, shock, exacerbation of asthma and bronchospasm. In rare cases, depression, psychotic reactions and tinnitus, aseptic meningitis. Dosage:
For oral use. Not suitable for long term administration. Adults and children 12 years of age: it is recommended to take 1 tablet every 4 hours with water. Do not use more than 3 tablets (1200 mg of ibuprofen) daily. If pain and fever persist for a long time, worsen or appear new, additional symptoms, contact your doctor.
