The aim of the OPTIFAST ® CONCEPTS is weight loss through long-term lifestyle changes with more exercise, low-calorie, self-prepared meals and newly learned behavioral patterns.
The 6-week OPTIFAST ®CONCEPTS combine the triad of behavioral strategies, nutritional knowledge and exercise plans with the tried and tested OPTIFAST ® products.
OPTIFAST Preparation:
1. Pour the contents of a sachet into 200 ml of warm water (max. 50 ° C).
2. Mix with a whisk until the powder is completely dissolved. The product should be consumed immediately after preparation. Discard leftover food.
OPTIFAST RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE AND STORAGE:
Meal
replacement for a weight control diet: Replace one or two main meals a day with an OPTIFAST ® sachet(1 sachet = 1 main meal). Replacing one of the daily main meals as part of a low-calorie diet with such a meal replacement will help maintain weight after weight loss. Replacing two main meals of the day as part of a low-calorie diet with meal replacements will help you lose weight. Important Notes: It is important to have a balanced and varied diet as part of an active and healthy lifestyle. The OPTIFAST ® products only fulfill the intended purpose in the context of a low-calorie diet; other foods must be part of this diet.
Total diet for weight control:
If used as a total ration for weight control nutrition (4 sachets / day), the OPTIFAST ® products provide sufficient amounts of all essential nutrients for the day. Make sure you drink enough fluids. We recommend drinking at least 2 liters of a calorie-free or low-calorie drink per day. If all daily meals are replaced by OPTIFAST ® , OPTIFAST ® must not be used for longer than 3 weeks without medical advice. Suitable for adults. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Suitable for young people only after consultation with the attending physician.
OPTIFAST Store in a cool and dry place. Cover the prepared product well and consume within 6 hours at room temperature, within 24 hours if stored in the refrigerator.
