PROKTOSEDON (Proctosone) hemroid relief Composition:
1 suppository contains 10 mg of neomycin sulfate in the form of 5 mg hydrocortisone acetate 5 mg cynchokainy hydrochloride and 10 mg of esculin.

The formulation for topical application.Neomycin is a bactericidal antibiotic, an aminoglycoside, acting particularly strong Staphylococcus aureus and bacilliEnterobacteriaceae (especially Proteus spp. ). The usual dosage is 1 suppository 2 times a day (morning and evening) and after each bowel movement.
