Psyllium plantago, constipation remedies, PUSSY KERNELS:

Aurica psyllium are whole, dark brown to black seeds of the annual plantain plant Plantago psyllium L. (Plantago afra L.). In connection with water, the seeds form bulking agents. These swelling substances have a regulating effect on constipation and irritable bowel syndrome, as well as on complaints where easier bowel emptying with soft stools is desired, with tears in the anal mucosa, hemorrhoids, after rectal-anal surgical interventions. Flea seeds are also ideal for constipation during pregnancy and breastfeeding, because psyllium has a gentle effect. Their bulking agents not only stimulate intestinal movement but also make the stool more slippery. Flea seeds can also have a positive effect on blood lipid levels.

Psyllium plantago, constipation remedies, PUSSY KERNELS Composition:

Dosage instructions Psyllium plantago, constipation remedies, PUSSY KERNELS and method of administration:

Always take psyllium exactly as described in the package leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Unless otherwise prescribed, adults and adolescents over the age of 12 take 1 teaspoon (approx. 5 g) several times a day after pre-soaking with a little water (approx. 100 ml), drinking 1-2 glasses of water afterwards.

Contraindications: Flea seeds should not be taken if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to flea seeds, have pathological narrowing of the esophagus and gastrointestinal tract, imminent or existing intestinal obstruction, difficulty swallowing and diabetes mellitus that is difficult to control.

Interactions with other medicines: The absorption of medicines taken at the same time can be delayed, so an interval of ½ to 1 hour should be observed after taking medicines. Insulin-dependent diabetics may need to reduce the insulin dose. If you have any further questions or need clarification, please ask your doctor or pharmacist.

Side effects: In isolated cases, hypersensitivity reactions can occur. In rare cases, allergic reactions may occur, especially when using powdered drug. In such cases, you should stop using Aurica Flea Seed and consult your doctor or pharmacist.

Any existing symptoms such as flatulence and a feeling of fullness can occur more frequently during the first few days of treatment, but these will subside over the course of further treatment.
