Composition:
Active substances: hydrocolloid, alginate.
Operation:
Purilon is a sterile hydrogel that can be used both in hospitals and at home. The hydrocolloid with alginate is characterized by high absorption capacity, thanks to which it absorbs exudates. A special product formula moisturizes necrotic tissues and allows partial removal of damaged tissues and organic residues from advanced lesions (black and yellow wounds). The use of a wound care product allows painlessly to create optimal conditions for skin regeneration and treatment of lesions, which strengthens natural autolytic processes that accelerate wound healing.
Application:
The Purilon product is recommended for the hygiene of leg ulcers, decubitus ulcers and uninfected wounds arising in the course of diabetic foot.

Contraindications:
Purilon is not suitable for third degree burns.
Directions for use:
For external use. Clean the skin of the wound, apply gel to the changed area, up to the level of healthy skin. Cover the wound with an additional sterile dressing. The preparation should be changed depending on the specific character of the wound. In the case of black necrosis, the dressing should be replaced at intervals of not more than 3 days. Remove the gel from the lesion using a special wound wash.
