Pyoderm Glyco Shampoo for dogs and cats with bacterial and fungal infections 250 ml

Dermatological shampoo for dogs and cats for use in bacterial and fungal skin infections. It is a shampoo containing chlorhexidine at a concentration of 3%, perfectly tolerated by the skin, which has antibacterial and antifungal properties.

Indications

PYODERM is particularly recommended in particular during the treatment of superficial and deep, purulent dermatitis (pyoderma).

Action

It has antibacterial, antifungal, washes, moisturizes. The product has a physiological pH.

Ingredients

The shampoo uses three innovative solutions - Spherulites, glycotechnology and chitosanide.
- Spherulites are microcapsules with a special structure created thanks to the use of a unique technology that allows for controlled, gradual release of shampoo ingredients on the skin surface, providing a prolonged effect.
- Glycotechnology uses the properties of monosaccharides and alkylpolyglucosides, which prevent the adhesion of microorganisms (anti-adhesive effect), in particular Staphylococcus intermedius, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Malassezia pachydermatis and provide relief from skin irritations (anti-irritant effect).
- Chitosanide is a natural biopolymer obtained from chitosan (a derivative of chitin) that has the ability to create a durable coating, the so-called film, on the surface of the hair and skin. It is non-toxic, non-allergenic, permeable to oxygen, provides a long-lasting moisturizing effect of the epidermis and improves the scarring process.

Application

Shake before use. Apply PYODERM to the coat previously moistened with warm water. Spread the shampoo evenly over the surface of the skin and coat. Massage vigorously until foamy, then rinse thoroughly. Repeat the procedure, leave the foam for 5 minutes. Then rinse thoroughly with warm water.
If your vet has recommended this shampoo, follow their instructions (if necessary, you can use the shampoo two or three times a week).
