Each capsule contains 60 mg of pure Q10 as ubiquinone. This is the already reduced form of the vitaminoid Q10. Q10 is important for numerous steps in metabolism, including energy metabolism.

bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; Ubiquinol Powder (Stabilizer: Gum Arabic, Ubiquinol, Dextrin, Antioxidant: Ascorbic Acid); Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule shell).
