Directions for use Rhinitis, sinusitis, Sinulan Rinse - nasal and sinus irrigation set 

Rinse 1-3 times a day or as directed by your doctor. For prophylactic purposes, use 2-3 times a week.
In order to prepare an isotonic solution, dissolve 1 sachet (2.16 g) in 240 ml (to the level marked with the line on the bottle) of boiled water at a temperature of about 36.6 ° C.
In order to prepare a hypertonic solution, dissolve 2 sachets in 240 ml (up to the line marked on the bottle) of boiled water at a temperature of about 36.6 ° C.
Close the bottle tightly and shake until the salt dissolves. Place the tip of the bottle against the nostril. Breathe through your mouth. Squeeze the bottle smoothly so that half of the solution goes into the nose and out of the other nostril. After a while, repeat the operation for the other nostril with the remaining solution. Do not swallow the solution. After rinsing, gently blow your nose. Discard any unused solution. The bottle should be washed after each use. Use only original and clean parts of the Sinulan Rinse kit. Always use a freshly prepared solution. For hygiene reasons and to avoid cross infection, it is recommended that the bottle be used by one person. One hour after rinsing, do not go outside (at temperatures below 19 ° C). Rinsing should be performed at least one hour before bedtime.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity (allergy) to the ingredients of the product.
Do not use in the case of open, non-healing wounds in the nose, especially after operations.
The headset should not be used by people with a completely blocked nasal septum or with an ear infection.
Do not use if you have problems with your balance or if you have severe nosebleeds.
After ENT surgery, consult a physician before use.
In the case of diseases manifested by narrowing of the respiratory tract (e.g. asthma, bronchitis, etc.), a doctor should be consulted before using the product.
