Rooibos Tea 300 g
Healthy tea without caffeine
Please ensure you have a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
A highly recommended and healthy tea without caffeine, theine, or bitter substances. It is particularly rich in vitamin C, minerals, and trace elements.
Take a lightly level teaspoon of rooibos per cup, pour boiling water over it, and let it steep for about 3 minutes. The steeping time only affects the intensity and flavor, not the strength like with regular tea.
Unlike black tea, rooibos doesn't change its color or its full-bodied flavor when cooled and allowed to stand for a longer period. You can add sugar, honey, milk, or lemon—whatever you like. Since rooibos contains almost no bitterness, it tastes great with little or no sugar or honey. Adding the same amount of orange juice (with fruit) makes a delicious drink.

Key Health Benefits
Rich in Antioxidants: Rooibos contains potent antioxidants like aspalathin and quercetin, which help protect cells from damage by free radicals, a major cause of chronic disease and aging.
Supports Heart Health: The antioxidants in rooibos, particularly quercetin, can help lower blood pressure, improve circulation, and support overall heart health.
Enhances Bone Health: The tea is a good source of minerals such as calcium, manganese, and fluoride, which are essential for building and maintaining strong bones and healthy teeth.
Promotes Better Sleep: Being naturally caffeine-free, rooibos is an excellent choice for a relaxing bedtime ritual without the jitters or sleep disruption associated with caffeine.
Aids Digestion: Its antispasmodic properties may help to relieve digestive discomfort, including cramps and colic, making it soothing for the digestive system.
Supports Skin and Hair Health: Rich in alpha hydroxy acid and zinc, rooibos can benefit skin health and may also promote muscle and hair health.
