Two-components medicinal product for use in the treatment of sore throat in infections in the mouth and throat. Septolete Ultra Lemon and Elderberry Flavor contains benzydamine hydrochloride and cetylpyridinium chloride.
Composition of Septolete Ultra with lemon and elderberry flavor:
Active substances: benzydamine hydrochloride, cetylpyridinium chloride. Each tablet contains: 3 mg of benzydamine hydrochloride and 1 mg of cetylpyridinium chloride and excipients: peppermint oil, levomenthol, sucralose (E955), anhydrous citric acid (E330), isomalt (type M; E953), lemon flavor (containing butylhydroxyanisole (E320)), elderberry flower aroma (containing propylene glycol (E1520)), color: curcumin (E100; containing sodium benzoate (E211)), chlorophyllin copper complexes (E141; containing propylene glycol (E1520)).

The drug in the form of lozenges with benzydamine hydrochloride and cetylpyridinium chloride. Septolete Ultra lemon flavor and elderberry has anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and analgesic properties, which means that the drug applied topically in the mouth will disinfect it and the throat, and also relieve symptoms of pharyngitis such as redness, pain, burning, swelling and dysfunction .
Application:
The medicinal product Septolete Ultra with lemon and elderberry flavor is indicated for the treatment of symptoms of sore throat in the course of infections in the mouth and throat (including pharyngitis and gingivitis).
Additional information:
Keep the product out of the reach of children, at room temperature. Protect against light and moisture. Do not use simultaneously with milk, which may reduce the effect of the drug. The use of the drug during pregnancy and lactation should be consulted with a doctor, but it is not recommended to take the preparation during pregnancy. The drug contains isomalt (E953) people with diagnosed intolerance to some sugars should consult a doctor before taking the drug. The drug contains butylhydroxyanisole (E320) - may cause local skin reaction or irritation of the mucous membranes and eyes, sodium benzoate (E211) - may cause slight irritation of the skin, eyes and mucous membranes, propylene glycol (E1520) - may cause skin irritation.
Contraindications:

Side effects:

Dosage of Septolete Ultra lozenges with lemon and elderberry flavor:
Use as directed by your doctor or directions on the leaflet. In adults and adolescents over 12 years of age: use 3-4 lozenges a day. In children from 6 to 12 years of age: use 3 lozenges a day. Suck the lozenge slowly until it dissolves completely. Use every 3-6 hours. One hour after using the drug, do not drink or eat. Do not use immediately before or immediately after brushing your teeth. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If after 3 days of use there is no improvement or symptoms worsen, consult a doctor. It is not recommended to use the drug for more than 7 days.
